My Approach
I am committed to providing my students with excellent musical instruction as well as making the lesson a positive and life-giving experience. I care deeply about both what my students are learning and how they are learning it. The learning process should be fun, challenging, rewarding, and help students to grow not just as musicians but as people.
In-person and Online
I teach from a lovely studio space on Paris Mountain in Greenville, SC. If you are in the area, you are welcome to meet me here for lessons. And if you're out of town, no worries! I'm also set up to teach via Zoom with high quality audio and video.
Online lessons offer a level of flexibility and convenience that you won’t find any other way. No more driving to and from a studio, students get to learn on their own drum set and in their own practice space, and lessons can be taken from anywhere in the world! I have all the equipment needed to provide you with high-quality virtual lessons, and all you'll need is a reliable internet connection and a laptop or tablet.
